Senior Pastor

Reverend Earl Slotman

Reverend Earl Slotman is our Senior Pastor.  Pastor Earl joined the Faith Church family in October 2002 along with his wife, Barbara and four children, Mark, Kim, Kristen and Rachel.  His past experiences are wide and varied, and includes youth work in California, a carpentry business in Michigan, and serving churches in Michigan, Florida, Indiana and Illinois.

Pastor Earl focuses on developing relationships and communicating the truth of God’s Word in a practical way for Christians today.  His messages emphasize what God is saying to us now.  They are filled with present day examples, a bit of humor and applications that are relevant for today.

 

Director of Christian Discipleship

Tom Davila

Tom Davila is our Director of Christian Discipleship.  Tom came to Faith Church in September 1998 while completing an internship through Trinity International University.  After completing his Master of Divinity degree, he continued on full time.

Christian education and outreach programs are Tom’s main areas of concentration.  Much of his time is spent with the youth of our church and community.  He not only works with them at church but regularly spends time with them in school helping them to live out their Christian lives on a daily basis.
