Worship

• Worship God in a way that is alive and glorifying to him by using a blend of traditional elements and new worship styles.
• Regularly evaluate our worship activities to identify ways they can be more effective for community outreach.
• Worship God in a Christ-like manner by extending our normal fellowship with family and friends to include new comers to our church and community.

Educate

• Provide educational opportunities for all ages that will help them increase their knowledge of God’s word and grow in their personal relationship with him.
• Support parents in their role of raising Godly children by providing training and encouragement on how to be Christian examples of Godly parents.
• Develop programs and activities specific to the needs of new believers that will help them grow in faith.

Grow

• Encourage individual spiritual development through prayer, Bible reading and mediation on a daily basis.
• Organize and promote additional prayer groups and Bible studies to encourage small group discipleship.
• Provide opportunities for spiritual growth through offering and encouraging participation in various service and mission projects.

Serve

• Create a body of servant leaders willing to show their devotion to God by providing compassionate service to those in need.
• Support the development of servant leaders by providing leadership training and encouraging attendance at related seminars and conferences.
• Identify and promote local service/mission projects to encourage participation by all members.

Goals

• Continue developing our blended worship style employing both traditional and contemporary elements to provide a fresh and uplifting service that meets the needs of an increasingly diverse congregation.
• Focus our ministry and outreach efforts on the increasing number of younger families and youth in our church and community.
• Develop programs aimed at reaching out to new residents in our community and those without church affiliation.
• Continue to make leadership development a priority for our members.
